There are no franchise fees, no charges for your errors and omissions insurance, and we cover the essential tools you need to promote yourself, including basic marketing materials such as business cards and for sale signs.
Support for New Agents
Getting started in real estate can be expensive, so we created a program to help new agents get off the ground. After you close your first deal with MJ Pastor Realty, we will cover your licensing fees and your first year of MLS dues.
If you introduce another agent to the company, you’ll also earn 5% of whatever that referred agent brings in, creating an ongoing reward for helping grow the team.
