MJ Pastor Realty began on East Hartsdale Avenue in the early 1980s, when founder Mary Jane Pastor opened a boutique brokerage focused on the co‑ops and condos along the avenue and throughout central Westchester.
Before launching the firm, Mary Jane spent more than a decade managing and converting buildings on the same block, including the conversion of 100 East Hartsdale Avenue into one of the area’s best‑run, most financially stable co‑ops.
Over forty years later, the company remains headquartered in Hartsdale and continues to specialize in the buildings and neighborhoods it has represented for decades, now under the leadership of Principal Broker and Owner, Dean Nugent.
